Time to Get Fit - Chi Fitness @ PJ Trade Center

I feel like I've been m.i.a from this 'place' for quite some time. Pfuuh!~~ Been eating alot and I want to kick my arse out to the gym. Move, kick, punch and sweeaaat. Talking bout gym, finally I tried the class at Chi-Fitness, PJ.
It was Chi Fitness Open Day on 15th Feb (free!). Since it's a public holiday, my friends and I decided to go and try out the classes. We missed the yoga class at 10am but managed to join the Sh'Bam class at 11.30am. They told us that Sh'bam is a new class and lucky us, we get to try the class. Our instructor, Tracy, is a hot and energetic lady who doesn't look like her age at all. She'll be teaching Sh'Bam at Chi Fitness, Bangsar. The class was fun with easy steps and non-stop music for 45mins. Although I missed some (okay, alot...) steps but overall it's satisfying. It's like 'dancing in the club' class. We didn't join the next class, The Ride because it was full and also it's not recommended for beginner as the class is endurance type (which takes 75mins).
You need to bring own towel and padlock for locker. Nice and clean changing room area. There's sauna too. Nice environment and got the 'chi'-vibe. Going there again for sure. :)

Below is the Chi Fitness entrance, ground floor. Don't get confused with the design like us, we can't find the main door at first. It's actually beside the Chi word. Parking fee was RM2 for first three hours.
